RETURN POLICY


Customer Rights

In the event that goods are delivered damaged, there is an error in the goods delivered or goods are faulty, your rights are set out in our Terms of Service. This policy supplements our terms but does not override them.

If you purchase goods from us as a consumer rather than in the course of your business, you may have additional legal rights and nothing in this policy or our Terms will affect these rights.

In this section of our policy we set out the most effective way to resolve any issues with the goods you have ordered.

Goods damaged on delivery

Goods should be inspected on delivery and refused if deemed to be damaged. If this is not possible please ensure all goods received are inspected and any damages notified by fax or email using the Returns Request Form within 2 working days of receipt. You can download this form from our website or request it from your sales office. If any damage that can be discovered by you on reasonable examination is not reported within 7 working days it will be presumed goods were delivered in good condition.

Only damages notified using the Returns Request Form will be accepted.

Faulty Items

In the event of you having goods you deem to be faulty or having missing parts, please complete a Returns Request Form and return by fax or email to your sales office. You can download this form from our website or request it from your sales office.

Delivery Error

Goods should be inspected on delivery where practicable, any incorrect items returned with the driver and shortages clearly marked on your delivery note.

Where inspection of goods is not possible at the time of delivery, any subsequent shortages or incorrect items discovered should be notified within 2 working days.

All goods returned must be in a resealable condition. Please note that items in opened packaging will invalidate your request for return. Goods will be checked upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse credit any item we consider unsuitable for resale.

Other cancellations and returns

Unless you have a cancellation right as a consumer or faulty/defective goods, any cancellations, returns and refunds are at our discretion and will be handled in accordance with this section of the policy.

Standard Stock Returns

If, between point of order and point of delivery, you decide you no longer require the item ordered it would help us if you can let us know before we have picked the product. If you decide at point of receipt you no longer require the items then we will be introducing a handling charge of £10.

Within 7 days of delivery: Items no longer required may be notified for return within 7 days of receipt. A Returns Request Form should be completed and returned by fax or email to your sales office.

All goods returned must be in a resaleable condition. Please note that items in opened packaging will invalidate your request for return. Goods will be checked upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse to credit any item we consider unsuitable for resale. A charge of £15 will be levied against any items returned as not required.

Outside 7 days of delivery: Please contact your sales office to discuss any items you wish to return.

Goods will be checked upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse to credit any item we consider unsuitable for resale. If we agree to the return a restocking fee of £20 will be charged.

Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for purchases of special items, obsolete or price deal stock. Cancellation of orders for non-stocked items will not be accepted.
